Inyatsi Group Holdings Forum 2026

Inyatsi Group Holdings, with all its subsidiaries, has reinforced the leadership capacity of its executives and management teams through active participation in the Inyatsi Group Holdings Leadership Forum. The platform is deliberately structured to deepen strategic thinking, strengthen executive accountability and sharpen operational oversight across the Group’s diverse business units.

Led by the Group’s Executive Chairman, Michelo Shakantu, the engagement provides a structured space for leadership to critically assess performance, confront operational realities and align executive decisions with measurable outcomes. The approach ensures that strategies adopted at leadership level translate into improved project delivery, stable production cycles, enhanced risk management and long-term business sustainability.

The 2026 Leadership Forum is convened under the theme “Super Results: Designing the Future, Leading with Clarity, Executing with Precision,” and it places strong emphasis on results-driven leadership, clarity of strategic direction and disciplined execution. These pillars are particularly critical for high-risk, capital-intensive industries in which the Group operates, where governance, cost control, safety standards and execution timelines directly impact business viability.
Through the Forum, targeted initiatives are being rolled out across the Group’s various entities. These include:

Construction
Strengthening project governance and execution frameworks to improve delivery timelines and cost control. Also expanding participation in national infrastructure projects aligned with public sector development priorities.

In line with Inyatsi Group Holdings’ ambition to position itself as Africa’s leading integrated business partner, the leadership programme also reinforces a culture of responsible growth. This includes aligning business operations with national development priorities, supporting infrastructure delivery, promoting local skills development, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards. These efforts resonate with His Majesty King Mswati III’s vision of a first-world Eswatini, where private sector leadership plays a central role in economic transformation and job creation.

All targeted initiatives across the Group are firmly anchored on Inyatsi Group Holdings’ core values of agility, accountability, commitment, teamwork and embracing change which are principles that guide leadership conduct, inform decision-making and underpin the Group’s long-term vision and sustainable growth trajectory.
